Talent Incubator
The Talent Incubator by Workland takes the well-known concept of Start-up incubators and accelerators and applies it to Talent Management. The goal of the incubator is to fast-track the development & integration of exceptional talent living through a career challenge, change or major transition.
The Incubator recruits high-potential individuals (Unicorns) in the fields of IT, human resources and digital Marketing and offers them the opportunity to experience an integration internship varying from 1 to 6 months.
The goals of the internship is simple: fast-track career, develop expertise, surpass integration hurdles and ultimately, facilitate placement in awesome companies.
