Bintou Nabe

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Short Bio

Born in Guinea in 1992, I attended primary and secondary schools in private schools in the capital. I arrived in Canada as an international student in Human Resource Management at UQAM in 2011.

Graduated in June 2015, I decided to enroll in the Master’s program in Organizational Development at HEC Montréal. Before the classes started, I went to Toronto for 6 months. Upon my return from Toronto, I began my graduate courses in January 2016. In October 2016, I joined the Workland team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Role

I am engaged in the full recruitment cycle and I also maintain the information within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). I am responsible for job offers and to ensure that they reach their target audience. I pre-screen candidates, prepare profiles and conduct interviews. In addition, I take care of the hiring process to present possible candidates to the employers.
